SMS Commands give you more control
SMS commands allow you to control your Upoc experience right
from your phone using text messaging! Following are instructions
for doing everything from finding groups to inviting people to
booting.
|
 |
The
Upoc Shortcode: 8762 (U-p-o-c) |
 |
 |
| |
Upoc SMS commands work when you send a special 'keyword' to Upoc's shortcode, 8762.
8762 spells Upoc on your phone's keypad, and this code works with
the following carriers:
Verizon Wireless
AT&T
T-Mobile
Alltel
Virgin
Bell Mobility (use 48762)
|
|
Some commands can also be sent directly to a group or individual.

 |
The Dot |
 |
Now, to make it possible for us to create many more useful commands,
all SMS Commands on Upoc begin with a dot ('.') - so you'll send
'.Info' or '.Who' instead of 'Info' or 'Who.'
This will allow us to expand the dictionary of SMS
commands to serve you better.
